"Happy New Year to all my friends!! I am Carter and I came to KLAWS in July 2023 with an estimated date of birth of April 7, 2023. Hanging out with my foster friends is great, however I would love to find my forever home. We chase each other all over the house, playing with furry mice, balls, springs or any other toys we can find. Catnaps throughout the day are necessary to be able to keep playing and running. Having a furry friend in my forever home would be great to keep each other company while the humans are away." KLAWS suggests that kittens go in pairs, or at least a home with friendly fur friends (dogs or cats), they can bond with when the humans are away. Our pets need their own safe space for the first little while to help them become familiar with their new surroundings (environment, smells, sounds, people, pets, etc) to be successful and comfortable in their forever home.
