***AT SHELTER***Kitty kisses from affectionate Allie! Allie is a sweet but timid young girl. Just like her name suggests, she had been living on the streets. It was clear from the beginning that she had some secrets to share, and we quickly discovered how affectionate she can be when she wants to tell you her story. Allie certainly knows how to work a crowd in order to get pets, but her current goal is to find a loving family that's looking for a cat to cuddle.It may not be clear at first, but Allie loves to rub her head on people and give them kisses or love nips. Physical contact is definitely her love language. She will even stretch out in front of you to get a nice rub down, or simply wait for you to notice her in order to get her daily pets. Though Allie is social enough for rubs, she isn't an outgoing cat and it takes her some time to get used to new people. Initially she may keep her distance by staying up in her favourite cat tree. Her perch is her safe space and she's often found watching the world from above, but once she's ready for some cuddles and pats, this girl will never want you to leave your side! There is much we don't know about Allie yet, but that's because she's still keeping so many secrets. Allie might be suited in a home with another feline friend to help bring out her playful side. This sweet girl can be a bit skittish so a home with small children or other pets might not suit her, but rather somewhere quiet where she can become more confident at her own pace.Allie has plenty of love to give; she's just searching for the right home! Take home an adult feline friend for your kitty and the adoption fee for the pair is $300! For kittens under six months of age, the adoption fee is $200...Or double your cuteness quotient and adopt two wee furballs for $350! If you mix and match (kitten plus cat), the adoption fee is $300. Each of our cats is spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, snap tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption. Kittens are not spayed or neutered until 5 months of age, but the cost of spay/neuter will be covered as part of the adoption.--------------------Interested in adopting Allie? It's easy!
