Tiberius is a very sweet cat, he's always been cuddly and playful, love being around people and very easy to trust, so I'm sure he'd warm up to his new home fast. As much as I love him, I cant afford to keep him healthy and happy as he deserves to be. I'd much rather he get a better home with someone that can take better care of him than me. He has plenty of experience around dogs and other cats so that wont be an issue. He is of course a bit of a rascal, as many cats are, make sure to keep your thin cords hidden from him haha. Besides his mischievous nature I'm more than positive that he'll make a lovely addition to your home.
