We will be moving abroad to south east Asia and I don't think it would be fair to him to put him through that if the right person will love him here. He rarely gets on the furniture, preferring the floor or a bed. He comes and says hi and has a snuggle and then gets down, usually stretching out on the floor just hanging out.Since we got him, we have had young children and he is really respectful. He has safe spaces that the kids can't get to but comes in the family areas on and off through the day saying hi. He will need someone patient and to have his own space in his new home to decompress and settle in as he is anxious in new situations. He loves to be held and look over your shoulder and in the winter sleeps on the bed with us. His only fault is he's greedy and will get podgy if allowed. He is a great companion and I love him dearly.
